This seed has a power to eliminate the toxins from the body which normalize the metabolism.  It reduces the  blood glucose level and regulate the appetite. It absorbs the toxic compounds from the food clean the intestines and thus supplies in the body with lecithin which stimulates the metabolism of fat.  It reduces uric acid levels and prevents gouty arthritis. It reduce inflammation in the joints due to arthritis.   Preparation First step is to grind the flax seeds.  Mix 1 tablespoon of it with water and boil.
