About Flax Seeds
- Flax seeds is a source of micro-nutrients, dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B1 & the essential fatty acid alpha linolenic acid or Omega -3.
- This seed has a power to eliminate the toxins from the body which normalize the metabolism.
- It reduces the blood glucose level and regulate the appetite.
- It absorbs the toxic compounds from the food clean the intestines and thus supplies in the body with lecithin which stimulates the metabolism of fat.
- It reduces uric acid levels and prevents gouty arthritis.
- It reduce inflammation in the joints due to arthritis.
- First step is to grind the flax seeds.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of it with water and boil.
